Villalpando & Co. was built from a simple belief: small businesses deserve the same structure, strategy, and support as the biggest players in the room.
After years inside Corporate America—working within complex systems, and profit-first environments—I saw two things clearly. First, corporations succeed because of process, accountability, data, and scalable systems, not luck. Second, those same tools are often out of reach for small businesses—not because they don’t deserve them, but because they’re rarely translated in a way that actually works for growing teams.
So I left.
I walked away from the corporate world to build something better—a consulting firm that brings big-company strategy to small businesses without the red tape, burnout, or one-size-fits-all mindset.
